WebPro REALTORZ  collects personal information when you register or contact us from our website. As a customer, we collect your name, address, email, your business website, telephone number, and uploaded documents. We may also collect names and addresses of which payments were made from/to. WebPro REALTORZ® uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and contents you see, fulfill and improve your requests for products and services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting to/for internal and external clients.

  

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

WebPro REALTORZ will not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies/vendors except to provide products and/or services you've requested after we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

 

• We are required to respond to subpoenas, court orders, and all legal processes, to establish and/or exercise our legal rights to defend our business service against any legal claims.

• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate in order to prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of WebPro REALTORZ terms of use, or otherwise required by law.

• Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy services, technological platforms, or assets. In such transactions, visitor information is usually one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that WebPro REALTORZ is acquired, or substantially all its assets are acquired, customer information will, of course, be one of the transferred assets.

• Credit card information will never be disclosed by WebPro REALTORZ. We strictly follow the conditions of use established by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and PayPal.

 

 

E-GIFT CARDS

 

1. Redeemable at WebProRealtors.com  for services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card. Treat this e-gift card as cash; if it is lost/misplaced or stolen, it will not be replaced. Valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Be sure to keep track of your e-gift card balance, terms, and expiration date. This card is the property of the issuer.

2. Your use of this e-gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms:
   The dollar value of this e-gift card may be applied toward any service purchase made at WebProRealtors.com . This gift card is not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. 

 

 

TERMS OF SERVICE, NOTICES, AND REVISIONS

If you choose to contact/visit WebPro REALTORZ, your contact/visit and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Notice and our Privacy Terms & Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Florida. If you have any concerns about privacy at WebPro REALTORZ, please email us a thorough description of your concerns to sales@WebProRealtors.com, and we will immediately try to rectify your concern(s). Our business changes constantly. This Notice and the Privacy Terms & Conditions of Use will change also without notice. The use of information that we gather now is subject to our Privacy Policy in effect at the time of use. You should check our website frequently to see recent changes.

 

NEWSLETTERS

We send newsletters to you and will not sell your email address to 3rd parties. You may choose to opt out of the newsletter at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in each newsletter or by contacting us directly. By default, all contacts from our website are entered into our CRM and newsletter distribution list. If you would prefer not to be added to our email distribution list, please specify this in the body of your email or the contact form prior to submitting it to us.

At WebPro Realtorz, we pride ourselves on taking various security measures when working on all projects. We encourage you to use your discretion and safety features when logging on to WIFI and other internet connections. Do not share your password(s). By agreeing to work with and/or be partners with WebPro Realtorz, you the customer(s) agree that neither WebPro Realtors nor any of its staff will be held liable should your website is compromised. Safety first! When using the internet be sure that your computer and internet connection is secured.

PRIVACY NOTICE - IF YOU VISIT OUR WEBSITE TO BROWSE, READ, OR DOWNLOAD INFORMATION:

• WebPro REALTORZ automatically collects and stores the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access our sites; and the Internet address of the site from which you linked directly to our sites.

 

• WebPro REALTORZ s uses this information only as anonymous aggregate data to determine the number of visitors to different pages or sections of our sites, to ensure the sites are working properly, and to help us make our sites more useful and user-friendly.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS/CREDIT 

Subscription Plans:

• If you have a change of mind and decide to cancel your subscription after payment was made; you can expect to receive a full refund - credited back to your original form of payment provided that we have not yet started to work on your project. Payment may take up to 5 business days to show on your credit/debit card account, depending on your bank and/or credit card processing center.

• If the design process was started prior to us receiving your request to cancel your subscription, your refund/credit will be prorated and based on our regular content design pricing. Your unused balance (if any) will be issued according to the credit/debit card processing timeline.

À la Carte Design Services: ​

• Digital means it's ready for immediate download after purchasing/final confirmation. No waiting, and no shipping fees. Purchase once and it's yours forever.

•  Every digital (instant download) and print purchase is non-refundable; as there is no way for us to tell whether you have printed and/or used the design. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out to us anytime.

• Disclaimer: We are NOT affiliated or associated with Canva.com in any way.

•  Please remember that colors may slightly vary if printed, due to monitor calibration settings, printout settings, and material type. All additional props such as stock photos, frames, items on display, and non-incorporated writing are just for illustrative purposes and are not included in any sale on our website.

REGULAR DESIGN FEES 

• Social media post/reel/story design pricing: $50 for each design (not per social media platform).

• Brochure/Flyer 8.5" x 11": $75 each per single page design

• Poster (up to 3'): $150 each (single side only)

• Website design: $599+ (ideal for small startup businesses.

• Business Website: $2,999+ (ideal for small business - spa, nail shop, lawn care, handyman, home improvement, etc.)

• eCommerce/Restaurant Website: $5,999+ (ideal for an online store, restaurant, etc.)

• Graphic Design Hourly Fee: $150 per hr.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT DESIGNS 

• Subscription services require full payment prior to the start of the design process.

CUSTOM DESIGN WORK and/or WEBSITE DESIGN REDESIGN

• 50% of the total is due upon receipt of the invoice in order to activate the project start date. 

• When 50% of the project is completed, the customer(s) will receive an invoice requesting payment in full for the total remaining balance. The balance must be paid in its entirety upon receipt before the second half of the project commence. 

 

• Any/all requests for refunds must be in writing and emailed to sales@WebProRealtors.com. Refunds cannot be issued if more than 50% of the work is completed if the project completion sign-off agreement is signed or if it's past the sign-off time-frame of 7-days (whether signed or unsigned).*

PROJECT TERMS: PRINT AND/OR DIGITAL SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT DESIGNS

DISCLAIMER: This subscription is a per-agent-only plan. Teams greater than two should contact us for custom pricing... sales@WebProRealtors.com.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?

• 24-hrs Notice Required!! In order to get started, we will email you requesting the necessary information such as; MLS #s and address(es) for each of your listings. We will also need your headshot, brokerage logo, your logo (if applicable), and your contact info.

​

SOCIAL PLATFORMS LOGIN & PASSWORDS:

• We will need the login credentials for each of your social media platforms in order to post the design content. 

• *If you do not want to give us full access to the relative social media accounts, that's ok. We will design and email you all designed content(s) for you to post yourself at your leisure.

​

WHEN WILL THE DESIGN PROCESS BEGIN:

• We strive to have a speedy turnaround and try our best to complete and post all designs within 24-hours after receiving your final approval.

 

Additional Information & Fees

 

• Customer(s) will always be notified and are required to approve revisions as the project progress. Customer(s) will be emailed a Project Completion sign-off agreement. Please be sure that you are completely satisfied before signing off on all projects. The project completion sign-off agreement form must be signed and emailed back to sales@WebProRealtors.com no later than 7-days after the email sent date. Should you hesitate to sign and send back your agreement after 7-days, we will consider your silence as approval, and you are completely satisfied at whence your file will be closed automatically. A file-closed email will be sent to the customer as a status update.

• Any edits or website redesign that is requested post the 7-days receipt due date will be of separate charge(s). Customer(s) will be emailed an invoice detailing new project edits/additional add-ons and cost(s). Payment terms will apply in order to initiate a new project start date. New project edits, add-ons, or redesigns will not take effect until full payment is received.

• If the customer(s) contact us with new requirements for a project that was not initially agreed upon or included in the prior estimate this/these new designs or revisions are subject to additional charges of $75/hr (min 1 hr).
